Answers to the most common questions we get.
Once you've approved the design and the quote, we usually start within a few weeks depending on how busy the workshop is. A full kitchen takes most of a week on site, and we'll give you the dates in writing before anything is ordered.
Yes, completely free, with no hard sell. We come and measure up, talk through what you want and send a written quote. We follow up once - that's it. Most of our customers compare three quotes and we're happy to be one of them.
Yes - we carry full public liability and employer's liability insurance. We're happy to email a copy of the certificate before any work starts.
All workmanship - meaning if something goes wrong because of how we made or fitted it, we come back and put it right at no cost, for 10 years. Appliances and worktops are covered separately by the manufacturer's warranty.
We do the lot. Scott designs with you, the units are made in our own workshop, and the same team fits them. Nothing gets subcontracted out, so there's one person to ring if you have a question.

We ask for a materials deposit once the design is signed off and the job is booked in, then stage payments as the work progresses and the balance on completion. It's all set out on the quote before you commit to anything.
